Degrees and Certifications:

Mark Frost

I am a 1976 graduate of Dakota High school and a 1981 graduate of Mayville State University with majors in Mathematics and Social Studies, as well as an Elementary Endorsement. My first twelve years were spent teaching 5th and 6th grade, before moving over in 1993 to teach high school math. During my time in the Hope-Page school system I have had the opportunity to coach many sports at many different levels. I guess one of the things I most proud of it getting the high school baseball team started again in 1991 and the success that we have had over the years. I was also fortunate enough to some very successful girl's basketball teams that included Miss Basketball Kaite Richards.

Outside of school you can often finding me trying to run the many road around Hope, trying to take care of the baseball field that is named after me or watching sports. I am also an avid sports card collecter which takes up way too much space in my house. Saturdays during the fall I can be found watching the Bison in Fargo or finding a friends house to watch the road games at.

I feel very fortunate to being starting my 38th year of teaching, especially after missing a month last year with a health issue. I am looking forward to another exciting year and hopefully another Bison trip to Frisco.
