Hello! My name is Donna Flaten, I am the K-12 Special Education teacher at the Hope-Page School. I have lived in Hope for 25 years with my family my husband Curtis, my children, Cody, Natasha, Chance, Connor and Josie,  one son-in-law, Jerod and 4 grandchildren, Lillian, Nash, Vaya, and Remi. 

I taught at the Northwood Public School for 18 years. I taught Title 1, Kindergarten, 2nd, 5th, 6th, and 3rd grade. I also coached elementary basketball and was the cheerleader advisor. I was on different committee while teaching in Northwood. 

I have a BS in Elementary Education, a minor in Early Childhood, a MS in Teaching and Technology in Education, and I am in the process of getting my MS in Special Education from UND. 

I am a Twins fan, and a HUGE Green Bay Packer fan (Go Pack Go!)! I am so excited to be involved in the Spartain Nation education!
