Financial Plan Goal
Building strategic long range financial plan to support viability of Hope Page District. This will include identifying innovative revenue sources to maximize our funding, while prudently managing near term and long-term expenses. Inclusion of various options for revenue and various options for cost cutting measures that may or may not be invoked.
Goal 1: Create building plan

Identify critical improvement at facilities informed from assessments and buildings and grounds leader recommendations.

Gain updated estimates for any large projects.

Determine funding needs for projects and multi-year implementation approach.

Engage in opportunities to share large projects with patrons and stakeholders.
Goal 2: Inform board on comprehensive financial forecast.

Revenue streams including innovative means such as grants.

Expense understanding and composition of impacts to the district if cuts are made.

Build options for cost-cutting measures, to which could be leveraged by school board action if necessary.
Goal 3: Educate community members on a comprehensive long-range financial plan.

Continue annual meetings with local patrons and stakeholders.
Technology & Policy
- Continue to work with NDSBA on school board policy updates and educate board and stakeholders on the policy implementation process and accessibility.
- Create, approve, and continually review District Technology Plan that aligns with District Strategic Plan
- Continually to seek out highly qualified teachers and staff and provide the resources to support students with research-based curriculum
- Create opportunities for teachers and staff to receive professional development that aligns with District Strategic Plan
Extracurricular Goals
1. Review Facility needs for maintenance to improve/support student activities throughout our district by creating a 5-year plan.
2. Develop and execute a plan to mainstream social media /website posts for extracurricular and Coop Activities.
3. Create Elementary opportunities for camps/one day clinic or practice which are supported/advised by coaches that involved JH/HS participation in those events.
